I would just like to take the opportunity to say that there are too many little scumbag bastards in Waterford city! You know the kind, the ones hanging outside every community corner shop, every housing estate green, every goddamn inner-city wall that's 2 foot tall or less. Crouching around in their white hoodies, filthy ex-white runners, ragged blue track-ends with a mandatory white stripe, periodically peeping out the phlegm whatever kind of putrid shit coming out of their mouths, whether it verbal or bodily fluids.
The only bit of exercise the little scumbags get is riding other little scumettes, kicking balls against cars, shop windows or innocent bystanders, or perhaps causing some more bit of utterly mindless vandalism. One prime example is what I observed only last night.
On Saturday afternoon , I observed that the council had finally erected a little plaque between St. Herblain Park and the new estate beside it, Richardson's Meadow. I thought to myself, that looks nice, they made a effort with it anyway, nice black marble, gold engraved, fair play to them, I thought. But the bloody minded side of my nature also thought," I wonder how long it will last?". To my absolute disgust, it lasted less than a day!
The evil little retarded fucking cunts. I'm sorry but if I had the power of these little fuckers, they would have been beaten so badly they wouldn't recognise themselves in the mirror for the next 5 years. I would MAKE their parents PAY for the damage, every fucking cent, within a week.
It's TIME to bring in curfews, it's time to stop it all. Neighbourhood watch-my arse, people are too afraid to do anything or even report stuff, with good reason. These little bastards would think nothing of stabbing you or me. Even if I had of seen them, I would be afraid to throw them a dirty look!
It's time for the guards to have a constant presence in ALL of the "problem" neighbourhoods. They say they don't have the man-power, well give them the man-power, it would be worth it.
I HATE the fact I can't walk anywhere anymore because of the half-breed animals that live outside chippers, bookies and Spars, and I mean literally LIVING, as in pissing everywhere too, on the walls of these places. Drinking cans, begging for 50c, "for a phone call", when they ALL have mobiles. Or asking everyone passing to get cans or fags. Anyone under the age of 17 should NOT be out on the street after dusk, whether they be hoodie-scum OR long haired skate-scum.
